Weekly Gratitude: Friday April 30th, 2021
Bonsoir mes amis! It’s the last Friday of the month which means that I will now share some information about the image that you’ve been seeing this month for Weekly Gratitude. As a reminder, every month I will change the image you see on these Friday posts and on the last Friday of the month will I disclose more information about it. You’ll find that at the end of this post, after I’ve shared a preview of what next Tuesday’s blog post will be about!
Lundi 04/26: New books in the mail.
Mardi 04/27: Waking up before 9am and actually feeling refreshed.
Mercredi 04/28: My new yoga mat!
Jeudi 04/29: Having the afternoon to read for a few hours straight.
Vendredi 04/30: Getting a third earlobe piercing (it’s been 8 years since my last piercing!)
As for the featured image this month? It’s from a beautiful summer day last July in Paris! Walking away from The Louvre (Musée du Louvre) and into the Tuileries Gardens (Jardins des Tuileries) you are surrounded by some wonderful sculptures, with this being one of them. As far as I could tell, the ferris wheel in the background is not there year-round; it appears to be there for spring and summer but I can’t confirm this either. If any of you happen to know I’d love to hear!
Next Tuesday, May 4th, is the day before my birthday. As such, I’m going to write a reflection post on what I’ve learned since my last birthday in 2020. I’ll give more details on Tuesday about this annual series (sounds wild to say). Until then- have a lovely weekend mes amis!
